Week 15 – Focus Pocus

I have struggled with my sit or meditation for a couple weeks now, but making great strides through 3d – surround sound music or bells or whatever my flavor of the day is and headphones – right or wrong, I’m finding 20 minutes or better are easy and I look forward to that time.

    Mary, I find that music (native american flutes and bells) work great for me too! I too sometimes have to wedge the work into what seems too little time. Keep it up, it is worth it for sure!
